Home away from home

We have coexisted in this community for almost three whole months now. This place that is shaping us into the people we were meant to be has shown me the beauty of indiduality. I have seen myself and the others around me grow into extraordinary individuals in the past several weeks. We have begun to find ourselves and are starting discover where we strive most as artists and scholars. This place has become a safe haven, allowing me to find serenity in myself as an artists and as a student. There  is no judgement here at the University of Michigan. This campus has taken the most true form of a home. Although it is not the place where I grew up and learned many life values, it is the place that has individualized them. There aren't any warm sandy beaches for my body to relax on, but it is replaced with the sensational sight of the fire red tree's in the wind. The sight that blows my mind into a world of wonder hope and creativity. This community is filled with students who enjoy the art of life and it's brilliance. This university has become a place where my mind can have a home away from home.
